Atmos signs the PET-Free Pledge!
Last week Atmos signed the PET-free pledge!
Approximately 8 million tons of plastic waste end in our oceans each year, of which the majority comes from single-use plastics made from PET. To reduce this, we have decided to join forces with Dopper and ban all single-use plastics from our activities and in our board room. Instead we encourage everyone to bring their own bottles and provide alternatives such as paper cups and mugs. Using a reusable water bottle and drinking tap water saves on average 40 PET bottles per person per year. We therefore hope to reduce our environmental footprint as much as possible and inspire and encourage all our members and fellow associations to join us in this and think twice before purchasing that PET bottle!
