Atmos most Sustainable Association of Groningen!
We did it!
We are happy to announce that Atmos has been titled the most sustainable association of Groningen 2019/2020! This award has been issued by the Green Office Groningen, and is based on how we implement sustainable practices within our association in order to reduce our environmentla footprint and waste. Examples include our approach to waste, greenhouse gas emissions, and the creation of awareness regarding sustainability within our association. With sustainability ingrained in our DNA we couldn’t be prouder to have been awarded this label!
As the most sustainable association of Groningen we feel a sense of responsibility to do our part and help raise awareness about sustainable practices in your (work and private) environment. To get started, we would like to share our three best practices with you which may help you reducing the environmental footprint of your own organization:
1) Need a gift or goodies? Give plants!
2) Need catering? Go vegetarian or vegan!
3) Stop wasting plastic and single-use items! Opt for reuse and bring your own mug or water bottle.
