🌱 Green Friday: Come Harvest With Us

Forget the Black Friday discounts for a second. This Green Friday, we're doing something better - we're harvesting tree saplings.

Instead of buying more, we're getting our hands in the soil. Together with MeerBomenNu and the lovely folks from SiriusA we will go tree sapling harvesting in the Stadspark. So join us to lift young trees from their nursery beds (where they do not have the proper space to grow), so MeerBomenNu can sort them, and get them ready for planting season. Every sapling that leaves the ground today is a tree that will be standing for decades.

Expect good company, fresh air, and the satisfying kind of tired afterwards. There will be guidance from people who know what they're doing so no experience needed. Tools and some coffee and tea will be provided. All you need to bring is sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothes that are allowed to get dirty, and a good mood.

Spots are limited so we can keep the group workable and the exact location in Stadspark will be communicated later!

Green Friday doesn't have to mean spending. Come plant the future instead. 🌳
