As a technical professional or researcher, you’ll step into a role where you’ll be involved in every stage of a project: from preparing proposals to commissioning. Does this sound like your next challenge? Then keep reading!
Your role as a Project Manager at Summit
At Summit, you’re not a bystander, but you’re actively involved in sustainable projects.
As a Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle technical challenges and come up with smart solutions that help our clients move forward.
You’ll learn how to translate ideas into practical technical solutions and discover how to manage projects from A to Z. Your responsibilities will range from preparing minutes and documentation for project meetings to supervising the completion and handover of an installation on-site. Along the way, you’ll develop not only your technical knowledge, but also your ability to maintain an overview, think creatively, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Taking initiative and contributing ideas are encouraged at Summit: your ideas have room to grow!
Why Summit?
At Summit, you’ll work in a small, close-knit team with an extensive professional network. We dare to think big while keeping a practical approach. Short lines of communication, personal contact, and solutions that actually work are at the heart of what we do.
Summit was founded from a shared ambition among three experienced engineers who saw that things could be done differently in the energy transition. By combining our strengths and working together, we built a company that is not driven by processes, but by real solutions and meaningful impact. That combination of experience, collaboration, and practical thinking is still at the core of how we work today.
What makes working at Summit unique? Your contribution is visible from day one. You’ll immediately see how your work impacts our projects, clients, and team. We celebrate successes together and continuously explore new ways to use energy more intelligently and sustainably.
