On November 13, our main sponsor RePowered will be organising an exciting event for us! In collaboration with Qbuzz, RePowered will give us a tour of the Qbuzz depot in Groningen. 

Qbuzz are playing a key role in the energy transition with OV-bureau Groningen Drenthe. This is because the transportation sector now accounts for 20% of global CO₂ emissions and is the second-largest carbon-polluting sector worldwide. To combat this, Qbuzz is electrifying their transportation to become zero emission by 2030.

This event will include a tour of their hydrogen and electric buses. Additionally, RePowered will tell us about a project they’ve completed on upcycling Qbuzz batteries and an upcoming project with Qbuzz related to grid congestion.
